• Parasailing takes place at the Agana Pier, approximately 25 minutes by car from Bikini Club. (Airtime approximately 5 minutes)
• If you choose Aqua Walker, you will be picked up from your hotel around 9:00 AM, and the tour will end and you will be returned to your hotel between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM .
• If you choose parasailing, we will pick you up from your hotel around 9:00 AM and return you to your hotel after the tour at around 3:30 PM .
• Please double check your arrival time and tour reservation details. If you are late for your arrival, you may not be able to participate in the tour. If your arrival time is late and the tour is disrupted, it will be considered your responsibility.
• The meal menu and schedule included in the tour may be changed or canceled due to weather conditions or other various factors. In case of bad weather, we will inform you of the possibility of the tour the day before, and in case of cancellation, a full refund will be given.
• For your safety, please be sure to wear a life jacket and aqua shoes during the tour.
• Any accidents that occur while taking drugs, alcohol, or drugs that induce drowsiness are your own responsibility.
• Pregnant women cannot participate.
• The tour participants are responsible for any loss caused by negligence during the tour.
• Any accidents caused by one's own negligence during the tour are the responsibility of the tour participants. In particular, infants, children, and the elderly require the attention of a guardian.

When canceled 2 days before the tour: 20% cancellation fee of the total tour price will be charged.
When canceled 1 day before the tour: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price will be charged.
If canceled on the day of the tour: No full refund

If the tour is canceled 6 days before the tour: A cancellation fee of 20% of the total tour price will be charged.
If canceled 5 days before the tour: No full refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
