• The minimum number of passengers for a shuttle bus departure is 10.
• Children aged 0-2 can ride for free.
• Children aged 3 years and older are charged the same rate as adults.
• This bus ticket is a round-trip ticket.
• Eating or drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• As this is a public transportation service, seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The maximum number of passengers on the bus is 43. The number of buses dispatched will be added or changed depending on the total number of reservations.
• This bus is also accessible to people with disabilities.
• The bus stops at Everland Parking Lot 2(4), the dedicated platform for Everland regular shuttle buses. The boarding location for the return trip is the same as the place where you got off.
• Each bus will display 'Everland' or 'Everland Resort (English)' on the front or windshield of the bus. When boarding, you can board after checking the voucher you received at the time of reservation and the name of the person making the reservation.
• The main gates of Caribbean Bay and Everland are located within a 5-minute walk.
• Since each departure point is a major location in Seoul, it is difficult to wait at the departure point due to road traffic laws. We recommend that you arrive before the departure time, and if you are late for the departure time, the vehicle will depart on time without waiting.
• As this is a shared service, please understand that unexpected delays may occur during pickup.
• If the customer is late or no-shows on the designated date and time due to his/her own reasons, no refund or date change is possible.
• If you change the departure location arbitrarily and board the bus, you may not be able to board the bus depending on the reservation status or schedule on the day of departure. If you need to change the pickup location, please contact the customer center by 5 PM the day before the departure date.

Full refund/cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the date of use. If the customer is late or no-shows on the designated date and time due to his/her own reasons, refunds and date changes are not possible.
