- Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance to avoid any disruption to your schedule. We will not wait for you if you are late.
- Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children aged 0-3 can join for free.
- Children between 12 and 16 years of age may ride alone, but supervision and safety are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
- Baggage allowance on SkyBus vehicles is the same as the standard checked and carry-on baggage allowance of the airline on which you are ticketed.
- Large items such as bicycles, surfboards and excess baggage can be accommodated as long as they do not exceed the vehicle capacity. Passengers may be asked to move to a subsequent bus if the driver determines there is insufficient space or additional items may present a safety hazard. For bicycles, passengers may be required to disassemble the bicycle and secure it to the container for safety.
- It can only be used on the date and operating hours selected at the time of reservation.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
