BESTAh.. It’s my first time using it haha. Are there a lot of mistakes?? I tried it, but I was impressed that WAUG responded very well. Haha. If you make a reservation through hotel -> hotel, when you check the schedule and receive the voucher, how long will it last? There is a time setting, so I hope you take note of it haha *WAUG responded very quickly at 8 a.m., so I felt reassured haha.

How To Use
- Voucher sent via email after confirmation of reservation
- Present your voucher to the driver on site

The driver will be waiting for you at the time indicated at the time of reservation. (Up to 1 hour waiting)
What to Remember
- Please be sure to enter your desired meeting time and number of passengers in your request.
- Pattaya Jomtien area costs 12,000 won / additional charge per vehicle.
- This is the price for one vehicle. Please be sure to keep this in mind when making a reservation.
- One 24-inch carrier can be loaded, and car seats are not provided.
- You must accurately enter your flight number (arrival and departure time) and destination.
- After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed information via KakaoTalk or email.
- The driver can only speak simple English. (Korean not available)
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Don Muang Airport meeting or drop-off 20,000 won / additional charge per vehicle.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
8 to 5 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee of total travel fee applied
Day 4 ~ Day of travel: Cancellation fee of 100% of total travel fee applied (no refund)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
