[Fukui Joy Pass]

• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• After purchasing this product, you will receive a voucher via email. The voucher is valid until March 2, 2025.
• The voucher is valid for 7 days from the first use after purchasing this product. (Ex. 1/1 first use → 1/1 ~ 1/7)
• If you purchase 2 tickets with one reservation, the validity period will remain the same for 7 days from the time of first use of the 2 tickets.
• ex) Purchase 2 tickets on January 1st → Use 1 of the 2 tickets on January 10th and both tickets will be treated as first-use tickets within 7 days → The validity period for both tickets ends on January 16th.
• ex) If you purchase the ticket on January 1st and use the first facility on March 1st, the ticket can only be used on March 1st-March 2nd.
• You can select and use any three facilities you want from the target facilities within the validity period.
• You can enter easily by presenting the QR code on your e-ticket.
• Free cancellation is available only for unused vouchers within the validity period.
• Even if you do not use all of the tickets, there is no refund for the difference in price.

[JR Kansai Hokuriku Pass]

• Infants under 1 year old are free.
• The right to minor rights applies to children between the ages of 6 and 11.
• Up to 2 infants (ages 1-5) travel free per adult or child pass; the third child requires a child rail pass.
• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• This product cannot be used by Japanese nationals, long-term residents, or permanent residents. It is only available to short-term tourists.
• If the ticket machine is defective or you have not added the IC chip to your passport, please go to the Midori no Madoguchi (みどりの窓口) at the designated station to exchange it.
• Ticket machines support five languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
• If you use the SUPER HAKUTO between Kamigori and Tottori or the SUPER INABA between Kamigori and Tottori, separate fares and fees for the same section are required.
• When reserving reserved seat tickets using the Kansai-Hokuriku Pass, reservations for the 7th reserved seat and beyond can be made via the Midori-no-Madoguchi rather than the ticket machine.
• There is no limit to the number of times you can use a reserved seat within the validity period.

[Route Special Exceptions]

• If the pass holder does not get off at the IR Ishikiwa Railway (Kanazawa - Tsubata) or the AINOKAZE Toyama Railway (Takaoka - Toyama), the pass can be used on the Himi Line, Johana Line, and Nanao Line.
• You can take the limited express train on IR Ishikawa Railway (Kanazawa - Tsubata).
• When using the AINOKAZE Toyama Railway's Rapid AINOKAZE Liner, a separate liner fee will be charged.

- Unused tickets can be canceled for free before exchange within the validity period.
- Cancellation and refund are not possible after the expiration date.
- Refunds are not possible after exchange for a real ticket.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
