Seven Paintings is a dining experience where you can enjoy a seven-course dinner and a spectacular media art installation. Each course is inspired by great artists. Try Andy Warhol’s soup, Jackson Pollock’s salad, and Salvador Dali’s ice cream.
Along with the delicious food, you can also enjoy the fantastic media art displayed on the plate. Don’t miss out on Seven Paintings’ special interactive dining experience that you can’t easily experience!
Introducing 7 courses
The seven dining courses are all inspired by great artists. Enjoy a feast for all five senses with works by renowned artists.
Course 1. Michelangelo (Vegan)
A mushroom-filled filo tart topped with balsamic caviar granules, charcoal-grilled shimeji mushrooms and edible gold.
Course 2. Banksy
Lavash bread with beef bresaola, truffle aioli and microgreens
※ Vegan options: Pickled kohlrabi, avocado mousse, togarashi spice, micro herbs and dried olives
Course 3. Picasso
Seafood salad with 'Crying Woman'
※ Vegan options: Jicama ceviche with pickled jicama, edible flowers and leche de tigre
Course 4. Jackson Pollock (Vegan)
Salad topped with sesame sauce, spinach puree, beetroot puree and chilli puree
Course 5. Andy Warhol
Beef cheeks with tamarind and hazelnuts topped with apple puree
※ Vegan option: Beetroot served with pickled beetroot, mashed potatoes drizzled with truffle oil, roasted onions and vegetables
※ Packaged in Andy Warhol's signature tomato can. Also comes with a PHO drink in a Coca-Cola bottle.
Course 6. Salvador Dali
Baked potato white chocolate soufflé topped with vanilla ice cream seasoned with salt and bitter olive oil
※ Vegan options: Baked potato dark chocolate soufflé, vegan ice cream with extra virgin olive oil and pink Himalayan salt
Course 7. Van Gogh
White chocolate bar inspired by 'Starry Night'
