Guam Rental Car with Hotel & Airport Pickup/Drop-off

Vehicle Acquisition:
1. Hotel acquisition
Please wait at the hotel lobby entrance, not outside the hotel, and a Value Rental Car driver will come to you holding a sign.

2. Airport pickup ($10)
After passing through customs at Guam Airport, head towards the west exit (West Arrival) of the airport. You will meet a driver wearing a Value Rental Car uniform and take you to the pick-up location.

Vehicle return:
1. Hotel return
When returning the vehicle to the hotel, please return it to the parking lot and store the vehicle key in the console box and do not lock the door.

2. Airport return ($5)
Park your vehicle between H and G on the general parking lot side and place your parking ticket and key into the console box in front of the passenger seat. Please do not lock the door.

- Before issuance of reservation confirmation voucher: Full refund
- After issuing a reservation confirmation voucher: Reservation agency fee of 10,000 won is incurred
- Vehicle pick-up 4 - If canceled 2 days before: Reservation agency fee is fully non-refundable
- 1 day before pickup - Cancellation on the day, no show: No refund
(Payment required on-site, online reservation deposit non-refundable)

• Refunds are absolutely not possible even if you return the vehicle during the period of use after receiving it.
• When calculating the date in the cancellation/refund policy, the day of use is excluded.
(Example: If the acquisition date is 5/31, 5/30 is calculated as 1 day ago)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
