※ Please arrive at the check-in counter at Macau and Hong Kong Airport at least 45 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete bus check-in procedures.
※ If you have baggage, a connection time of 60 minutes is required from the arriving flight.
※ If you have no baggage, a connection time of at least 30 minutes is required from the arriving flight.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Vouchers will be sent within WAUG Customer Center operating hours. (Based on Korean time)
• If the time slot you selected is fully booked, your reservation may be cancelled.
• If you are using an airline that provides Upstream Check-In (UCI) service, you can obtain a boarding pass and check your baggage at Macau Port. However, depending on the airline, you must arrive at Hong Kong International Airport Skypier Terminal 70 to 90 minutes before your flight departs.
• If you are flying with other airlines, you must arrive at Hong Kong International Airport Skypier Terminal 110 - 150 minutes prior to flight departure for airline check-in procedures, depending on the airline.
• To collect your tickets, please have a passport with at least 6 months validity and a visa for your destination/future destination if required.
• You must submit flight reservation confirmation, such as an airline ticket or E-ticket. Travel itineraries are not accepted as valid documents. (Please make sure your ticket is issued by a Skypeer participating airline that provides UCI service.)
• Passengers without supporting documents for a confirmed itinerary or with unconfirmed tickets, including changed tickets, will not be permitted to board.
• If you are transiting, you can only stay in restricted areas. Please be careful not to leave your baggage in unrestricted areas of the airport.
• If boarding is not possible or denied, MACAO HK AIRPORET DIRECT will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss to the passenger, regardless of the reason.
• Please enter your correct English name on your passport when making a reservation. Fees may apply for modifications.
• If you provide incorrect information, you may be denied boarding. Please fill in the correct date, time, and flight information.
• If you have luggage, a 60-minute connecting time is required from your arriving flight.
• If you have no baggage, a connection time of at least 30 minutes is required from your arriving flight.
• Additional baggage will be charged HKD/MOP 90 per piece.
