• Children under 1 year of age are not permitted to enter the performance hall or watch the performance.
• Infants between the ages of 1 and 3 can enter for free with proof of age, but will not be allowed to continue watching if they cry or otherwise disturb other audience members. (Reservations are not required if they do not occupy a seat, but please present identification on-site.)
• Seats will be assigned by on-site staff after reservations are made. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that seats will be provided consecutively when multiple people make reservations together.
• There are wheelchair-accessible seats in the theater. If you require them, please select S-seats when making your reservation and contact KKday to inform them of this for seating arrangements.
• Please understand that seats cannot be changed after the voucher is issued.
• Cancellations and date changes on the day of the performance are not permitted.
• There is an elevator inside the theater, but it is not equipped with facilities for the disabled. On-site staff will assist wheelchair users to enter the theater.
• If you are purchasing multiple tickets for different performances, please enter the reservation number for each product in the 'Notes' column when making your reservation.
• Please note that taking photos and videos during the performance is prohibited, but taking photos with the actors is permitted during the curtain call.
