※ You must check-in at the Macau Sky Shuttle counter or Hong Kong Turbojet ticketing counter at least 30 minutes before departure.
※ Passengers using the Sky Shuttle from Shenzhen to Macau must check in at least 45 minutes before departure.

• Infants under 1 year old accompanied by an adult who has reserved a paid ticket can ride for free (excluding taxes and other fees), but will not be assigned a seat.
• Up to 2 children under 1 year old are allowed on the same flight. Children over 1 year old must pay the full price.
• This ticket is only valid for the passenger whose name appears on the ticket. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be changed. It cannot be used if the ticket is transferred or changed.
• This ticket is only valid for the date, time, and flight specified on the ticket.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to have valid travel documents and an entry visa (if required) to their destination. All documents must match the passenger's name printed on the ticket. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse boarding and no refund of ticket will be possible.
• Each passenger can carry cabin baggage weighing less than 5 kg. Each piece of luggage must not exceed 16 x 14 x 6 inches. Any items that exceed the size or weight limits must be checked as checked baggage, and checked baggage must not exceed 37 x 24 inches.
• Each passenger (excluding infants) can check in up to 7 kg of free checked baggage. A fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 300 per 1kg will be charged for excess baggage weight.
• A fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 500 per ticket will be charged for rebooking or cancellation after the reservation is confirmed. However, changing the passenger name is not possible.
• Cancellation is not possible 24 hours prior to departure time.
• Modifications cannot be made 1 hour before the confirmed departure time.
• A fee of HKD/MOP/RMB 500 will be charged for reissuing lost tickets.
• Sky Shuttle Helicopter Service reserves the right to refuse boarding to any person who poses any risk to passengers, crew, staff or property (actual or potential safety hazards, impairment and intoxication due to alcohol and drugs, or other hazards).
• Passengers may be subject to the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention, and most cases, including the carrier's liability for death or personal injury and liability for loss or damage to baggage, may be governed and limited by these conventions.
• East Asia Airlines undertakes to fully indemnify passengers for any compensation or cost claims arising from flight cancellation. In the event of a dispute, the Company's decision shall be final. East Asia Airlines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and general ticketing policies without prior notice.
• If your flight is canceled due to bad weather, a free ferry will be operated for passengers and the ticket price will be refunded minus the handling fee. (excluding promotions and special discount tickets)
• Except in cases where the flight is canceled due to company operational reasons, refunds are not possible for the passenger's own fault, such as tardiness or no-show.
