- As the temperature drops in the upper part of Ba Na Hills, it is recommended to prepare an extra layer of outerwear.
- Before entering Ba Na Hills, please be sure to set up a time to meet your driver at the parking lot.
- You must return to the parking lot and meet the driver by up to 15:30 at the end of the Ba Na Hills cable car.
- There is no airport pick-up, only drop-off.
- If you have difficulty boarding the aircraft due to schedule changes, no compensation will be provided, so please check the flight schedule carefully when dropping off at the airport.
- Please note that the schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- In case of bad weather, the course may be changed to ensure safe proceeding.
- When conducting a tour, please follow the instructions of the on-site guide or safety personnel and cooperate in conducting the tour safely.
