• JR, Randen (Keifuku Electric Railway) and some trains cannot be used.
• The bus is not available.
• Valid for one person per pass.
• Tickets can only be picked up at the ticket pickup location and during the operating hours listed.
• The time you specify when making a reservation has no relation to the pick-up date.
• For tickets that have passed through the ticket gate (opened tickets), even if train delays or service interruptions occur due to local circumstances, the validity period cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
• This product is only available to non-Japanese nationals, and you must present your passport when picking up your ticket.
• The Kansai Railway Pass can be used non-consecutive times. (Ex. If you purchase a 2-day pass and it starts on Tuesday and is not used on Wednesday, you can use it for two non-consecutive days on Thursday.)
• Please understand that a separate fee will be charged when using Kintetsu Railway, Nankai Electric Railway, Senboku Rapid Railway, or Keihan Electric Railway limited express trains with reserved seats.
• Reissue is not possible due to your own negligence (loss, damage).
• No refunds are possible after ticket receipt.
• If the pass is used illegally, the pass will be deemed invalid and revoked, and additional fares will be charged according to the regulations of each company.
• If you ride outside the valid section, you will need to pay a separate fare for the section outside the valid section.
• Never place your pass near magnets (smartphone cases, etc.). The magnetic field may interfere with the use of the pass.
• If you are unable to use your pass during your trip due to a malfunction in the ticket, we will reissue it at major stations. (The response window may vary depending on the station, so please check with the station staff.)
• Cancellation is not possible after reservation is completed.
