What to Remember
- Ski wear sizes available for rental range from S to 4XL.
- A deposit of AED 25 per person is required upon ticket collection at the Ski Dubai counter. The deposit is refundable.
- Snow Bullet Zipline is available to those aged 8 years or older, over 125cm tall, and over 30kg in weight.
- For safety reasons, children under 2 years old and adults weighing over 120 kg are not allowed to enter.
- Children under the age of 14 may use the facility under the supervision of an adult over the age of 16.
- If there is no activity operating schedule, you can participate in the next activity that is available for reservation.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
