Free Haruka Express Train Ticket

How to exchange Haruka tickets

If you arrive at Kansai Airport Station on JR West, you must scan the QR code on your mobile voucher at the "white ticket machine" installed in front of the automatic ticket gate to exchange it for a ticket. Please remember the machine circled in red in the photo above!

① Please scan the QR code on the voucher at the exchange machine.
② Please select the train you will be boarding. (Limited to same-day use, selection is possible up to 5 minutes before departure time.)
③ After receiving the ticket issued by the exchange machine, present it to the station staff and enter through the ticket gate. (Automatic ticket gates cannot be used.)
④ Please board the empty seat in car number 4 as indicated on the ticket.
⑤ If Car 4, which is the campaign-only car, is crowded, please use the non-reserve car.
