• The Art of Chocolate in Hong Kong will permanently close on 2 September 2024.
• Please present your voucher at the advance booking counter at Tung Chung Station or Ngong Ping Cable Car Station to exchange for your ticket.
• Children aged 0-2 years old are admitted free of charge.
• Tours are conducted in English and Cantonese only.
• If the cable car operation is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, the tour will be canceled.
• If you are unable to board the boat at Tai O Fishing Village, you will be given a HKD 20 cash voucher to use at the Ngong Ping 360 Souvenir Shop.
• Ngong Ping 360 and 360 Holidays are not responsible for any loss, damage to property, personal injury, theft, delay due to accident or other issues beyond the control of the guests during their trip.
• The itinerary or transportation listed in the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice. Depending on local traffic conditions, Ngong Ping 360 and 360 Holiday reserve the right to change the order of tour stops.
• Tour start times are fixed and there are no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
• If you choose to cancel your tour before departure or cancel the remaining portion after the tour has started, you will be considered to have voluntarily abandoned the unused portion and no refund will be given for this.
• Tour participants must make their own judgment as to whether their physical condition is suitable for participation in the tour, and Ngong Ping 360 is not responsible for this.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
