• Corina Tour's business hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, and it is closed on weekends and public holidays.
• Requests and inquiries received on weekends and public holidays will be confirmed and responded to on the next business day.
• When entering Bali Airport, customs declaration will be changed to electronic declaration, and you can fill it out online 3 days before entering the country. It will take a lot of time to fill it out upon arrival, so please fill out the electronic customs declaration in advance and enter Bali. Enter now
• Customers using the fast track entry to Bali must purchase an electronic visa on arrival (e-VOA) in advance, which can be purchased 14 days prior to entry. Currently, the on-site purchase procedure for an arrival visa at Bali Airport is complicated and the waiting line is long, so if you do not purchase an e-VISA on arrival, it may take a long time to move to the immigration counter. • If you have not yet purchased an Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA), please prepare IDR 600,000 or USD 50 in cash so that your guide can assist you in purchasing a visa through a special line.

Things to check when making a reservation

• When making a reservation, please be sure to send a copy of each passenger's passport and a copy of their airline ticket to korinatour@naver.com.
• Please be sure to include your English name / E-mail address where you would like to receive the voucher / Flight number.

Arrival service availability

• Meeting place: Near the end of the air bridge or air corridor
• After arriving in Bali, please meet your guide holding a cell phone with your name on it at the meeting location and then proceed.
• The guide will guide you to the immigration desk, but you must complete the immigration inspection yourself.
• The guide will guide the guest to the customs inspection for X-ray inspection of his/her luggage and will provide assistance if needed during the inspection.
• Finally, the guide will guide the guest to the airport exit, contact the reserved pick-up vehicle, and assist with guiding guests to the meeting point.
• We will send you the contact information of the pickup staff the afternoon of the day before use. If you install WhatsApp Messenger, you can send a direct message.
• If you are unable to meet at the airport, please contact the pickup staff via message or the emergency contact number listed on the voucher. If you move individually without any contact, cancellation/refund is not possible.

Departure Service Usage

• Meeting location: the curbside or international departure drop zone area
• NOTE: Those with reservations must not go inside the airport before meeting their airport escort.
• The day before departure from the airport, the person making the reservation must provide the driver's detailed information (name and phone number), vehicle identification number (vehicle type/model and license plate number), hotel/expected arrival time to assist with airport drop-off.
• The guide will contact the driver to confirm the meeting point and remind the driver to not let the guest out of the vehicle before the guide meets.
• The guide will meet guests at the meeting point and assist with their luggage.
• The guide will guide the reservation holder to the check-in counter, but please note that check-in must be done personally according to the regulations.
• The escort will assist with tagging your luggage and escort you to the counter.
• Next, your guide will guide you to the customs inspection and immigration desk, but you must go through the immigration inspection yourself.
• Finally, your guide will guide you to the boarding lounge or departure lounge. (You must make a separate reservation for the departure lounge.)

Travel insurance and compensation for damages resulting from tours

• Independent travelers must purchase personal travel insurance before departure (mandatory)
• Any compensation for damages incurred while using an independent travel product is 100% borne by the actual contracted company.
• Corina Tour is a discount reservation agency that handles reservations on your behalf and is not responsible for any damages.

– Cancellation 14 days prior to the tour start date: 100% refund of the total reservation amount
– Cancellation 13-8 days prior to the tour start date: 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount
– Cancellation 7-4 days prior to the tour start date: 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount
– Cancellation 0-3 days prior to the tour start date or on the day of the tour: No full refund

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
