• This is a join tour that can be reserved for a minimum of 2 people and departs with a minimum of 2 people.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may change or be canceled depending on weather and local conditions.

• Infants under 36 months are free.
• Bulky items such as golf clubs cannot be brought onto the vehicle.

Up to 30 days before the start of the trip (~30 days): Full refund of the tour fee.
Up to 20 days before the start of the trip (29~20 days): 30% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
Up to 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6 days): 40% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
Up to 1 day before the start of the trip (1~5 days): 50% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
If notified on the day of the trip, before the start of the tour: No full refund.

Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and must be confirmed.
