How To Use

* Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting time.
* In the case of airport drop-off, we will meet you at the pick-up location approximately 3 hours to 3 hours and 30 minutes before flight departure.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Rates are per vehicle.
- 5-seater: passenger car / 7-seater: van / 15-seater: small bus.
- When booking a pick-up service from the airport , you must select the departure airport and flight departure date.
- If you are requesting airport → hotel, please fill in the departure date, departure flight number, departure time, drop hotel/hotel → airport, please fill in the return date, return flight number, return time, and pick-up hotel.
- Please enter the correct flight number. If you cannot use the pick-up service because you entered the flight number incorrectly, we will not be able to assist you.
- You can meet at the meeting point with the driver holding a meeting board with the reservation name written on it.
- The number of passengers in the vehicle includes the driver, so if you reserve an n-seat vehicle, you can accommodate up to n-1 people. (Example: When making a reservation for 5 people, up to 4 people can ride)
- If you have a lot of luggage, the number of passengers may be less than the maximum number of passengers, so please inquire in advance.
- Additional costs will apply if the pick-up & drop-off location is out of town or in other areas. (Prior inquiry required)
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.

- During the Lunar New Year holiday period in 2025 (January 28 - February 4), a service fee will be charged, and additional fees may apply depending on the vehicle type. If you would like more detailed information, please contact us separately and we will provide payment-related information. (During this period, it may be difficult to arrange a vehicle if you make a reservation the day before or on the day, so please make a reservation in advance.)
Cancellation and Refund
• If you notify us 20 days (29~20) before the start of your trip: 10% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
• If you notify us 6 days (19~6) before the start of your trip: 15% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
• If you notify us 1 day (1~5) before the start of your trip: 20% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
• If you notify us on the day of your trip ~ before the start of your tour: 50% of the total product price will be deducted and refunded.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
