1. Vientiane Airport > Vang Vieng Hotel
When you arrive at Vientiane Airport, an English-speaking or Korean staff member will be waiting for you at the airport holding a meeting board according to the time of your flight. Following the staff's guidance, you can safely travel to the Vang Vieng hotel.
2. Vang Vieng Hotel > Vientiane Airport / Hotel / Travelao
If you are departing from Vang Vieng Hotel, you can meet the driver holding a meeting board in the hotel lobby. You can select your destination from Vientiane Airport, your hotel, or Travelao.
Introducing the vehicle you will use
1. Minivan (~9 people)
The minivan option for this product provides a TOYOTA HI-ACE 15-seater van as a pickup and drop-off vehicle. Up to 9 people can ride, and this model is famous for its spacious interior, so you can move around more comfortably. (Depending on local conditions, it may change to Grand Starex.)
2. Passenger car (2-3 people)
In the passenger car option for this product, we offer TOYOTA VIOS or a similar 1,500 CC vehicle. When traveling with two adults, you can load two large suitcases, and when traveling with three adults, you can load two large suitcases or three carry-on suitcases.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Your reservation confirmation voucher will be individually notified via KakaoTalk.
- When booking the option to arrive at Vientiane Airport, please make your reservation at least 3 hours and 30 minutes prior to your flight departure time.
- When booking the option departing from Vientiane Airport, please specify the flight date as the departure date from Korea.
- The only possible destinations in Vientiane are airports, hotels and Travelao.
- Pick-up is not possible on the other side of the Song River, which requires crossing a toll bridge in Vang Vieng.
- Please wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the designated meeting time.
- In case of a local accident, you must immediately contact the embassy or Travelao.
