- This product is a private tour and is operated in a 7-person 4-wheel drive vehicle. Additional vehicles will be added for reservations of 7 or more people.
- Children under 3 years old can participate for free. Please provide information about your child (date of birth).
- A professional English-speaking driver guide with a Dubai Tourism and Safari Guide License and a driving license will handle the entire itinerary from pick-up to drop-off.
- We recommend wearing comfortable sandals or slippers as sand may get in.
- We recommend that you bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a scarf.
- Even those who suffer from severe motion sickness can enjoy dune bashing by taking motion sickness medication in advance.
- The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days (29~20) before the start of the trip: 10% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 6 days (19~6) before the start of the trip: 15% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 1 day (1~5) before the start of the trip: 20% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: 50% deducted from the total product price and refund
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
