How to exchange Taiwan Pass

1. First, download the Taiwan Pass app ( IOS / Android )
2. Enter your 'Exchange Serial Number' and activate.
3. After activation, you can check the tickets included in the pass. When you select the product you want to use, the QR code and exchange serial number will be displayed.
4. Once you initiate an "Exchange" for one of the products within the APP, please complete all exchanges within the 7-day validity period.

How to redeem Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail Unlimited 3-day Pass

• Method 1: Use the electronic redemption code in the Taiwan PASS app to redeem your boarding date and reserve your seat on the order management function on the Taiwan High Speed ​​Rail official website.
• Method 2: Use the electronic redemption code on the Taiwan PASS app to exchange your boarding date and reserve your seat at the ticket office of the HSR station. Station information can be found on the official website of Taiwan HSR.

• This pass is available to international passengers only.
• Lost ticket cards and paper tickets cannot be reissued.
