- If you notify 3 days (6~3) before the start of your trip: 50% of the product fee will be deducted
- If you notify by the day of your trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
