What to Remember
- Available for 2 people or more, and reservations for 1 person are not possible.
- It is based on adults (height 139cm or more), children (height 101-138cm), and infants (height 100cm or less). However, the price for children and adults is the same.
- Infants are free, but vehicle seats are not provided.
- Basically, you go on a tour with a driver. At each tourist attraction, the driver will only guide you to the entrance.
- Please be sure to wait in the hotel lobby, and in the case of hotels with multiple lobbies, please wait in the main lobby of the hotel. If there is a no-show because the driver cannot find the customer, cancellation and refund will not be processed.

50% refund if canceled before 18:00 4 days in advance
If canceled after 18:00 4 days in advance, full refund is not possible and time and location cannot be changed.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
