How to receive
When purchasing from Wag, please choose either Taoyuan Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. When arriving at Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, present your voucher at the Ezfly Airport MRT Service Counter located on B2F of each terminal and collect your EZ Card. You're done! The network may be unstable upon entry, so please save a screenshot of the QR code in advance for convenient redemption.
How to charge
You can easily find places to recharge your EasyCard anywhere in Taiwan. It also supports Korean, so anyone can use it easily.
You can top up your card at the unmanned ticket machines at all subway stations, and you can also top up your card at convenience stores. If you say “Easy Card Top Up” at 7-Eleven or Family Mart, they will often help you top up your card.
There are also products that can be picked up at Incheon, Daegu, and Gimhae airports.

What to Remember
- This product must be picked up in person at the airport counter.
- Recharging is available at each MRT station and convenience store. If you wish to receive a refund after your trip, you can receive a refund of the remaining recharge amount minus the deposit, minus a fee (TWD 20).
- If you do not recharge within 2 years of starting to use the card, you will not be able to use the card additionally.
- There is no balance on the card. Please recharge individually at Taiwan MRT stations and convenience stores.
- Please keep this card in a safe place as it is unregistered and cannot be reissued if lost.
- Refunds are not possible after picking up at the airport counter.
