• You can board after exchanging a physical ticket at the Gwanghwamun Station ticket office.
• Same-day boarding passes can only be purchased on-site.
• To visit the inside of the Blue House, you must make an individual reservation in advance through the Blue House, a national product, website. (The bus will drop you off at the stop in front of the Blue House.)
• The Urban Palace Namsan Course is a circular course, so you can use it freely and at your convenience, even if it is not the time you reserved.
• If you take the Urban Palace Namsan course and return to Gwanghwamun stop without getting off once, it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Depending on reservations/traffic/vehicle conditions, etc., it may be operated as an open double-decker bus, a glass-top double-decker bus, or a semi-open single-decker bus.
• Standing is not allowed on the second floor of an open double-decker bus.
• All seats are unassigned. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend that you arrive early during peak seasons such as weekends or holidays. There may be standing rooms during temporary tourist rush times.
• In the case of open buses, the roof can be opened and closed, so they can operate normally even on rainy or snowy days.
• Vehicle arrival time may be delayed due to protests, events, traffic congestion, etc.
• Closed every Monday. (Closed on Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday)
• Consumption of coffee, drinks, or food is not allowed in the vehicle.
• The roof of the open double-decker bus is open on the second floor, so ultraviolet rays are strong and it can be windy.
• In the spring/summer, UV rays are strong, so it is a good idea to prepare a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
• It can be cold in the fall/winter season, so it's a good idea to prepare a hat, outerwear, blanket, and hot pack.
• On days when there are a lot of people, such as holidays or vacation periods, the event may be held with standing room only. (Standing is not allowed on the 2nd floor open bus)

90% refund of the fee if cancelled before 5 PM on the 2nd day from the boarding date (designated date of use)
80% refund of the fee if cancelled before 5 PM on the 1st day from the boarding date (designated date of use)
70% refund of the fee if cancelled after 5 PM on the 1st day from the boarding date (designated date of use)
70% refund if cancelled on the day of the boarding date (designated date of use) (However, no refund is possible if cancelled after 12 PM on the same day for the night tour)
If not used on the same day, it will be processed as a no-show unless a cancellation request is made

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM),
and if cancellation is received after that time It will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). • Reservation cancellation/refund requests must be approved after receiving the cancellation request.
