Incheon Airport AREX Direct Train Ticket

• This product can be used freely within the validity period.
• Please check your mobile voucher via email or WAUG app.
• Please make an online reservation or scan the WAUG voucher at the direct train ticket vending machine and exchange it for a physical ticket.

Online ticket redemption:

• You can make a reservation in advance on the direct train online reservation site using the WAUG voucher code.
• Seat reservation period: 2 months in advance to 5 minutes before departure time on the day
• Scan the QR code on the ticket you received and pass through the direct train gate.

On-site ticket redemption:

• You can exchange on-site by scanning your WAUG voucher at the direct train ticket vending machine.
• Return fee after ticket issuance: KRW 1,000 ~ KRW 3,200 per return time / Number of changes: Up to 3 times up to 5 minutes before departure

• This product is used after exchanging it online/on-site with the code number in the voucher sent, regardless of the date of use selected in Wag.
• Online /on-site exchange is required using the 13-digit code number issued. (If not exchanged, it cannot be used.)
• The interval between departures is 25 to 40 minutes.
• This product is a direct train from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport and does not stop at Hongik University Station or other stations along the way.
• This ticket is limited to trains between Seoul and Incheon International Airport. If you change to a regular train or go to a location outside of Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport Station, you will be charged an additional fee at the counter.
• If you wish to exchange for a physical ticket, you can exchange it on-site by scanning the WAUG voucher at the direct train ticket machine.
• After ticket issuance, a refund fee of 1,000 won to 3,200 won is charged depending on the return time, and there is no fee until the day before departure. Refunds are not possible after the train arrival time.
• You can choose from Seoul Station, Incheon Airport Terminal 1, or Incheon Airport Terminal 2 as your departure station.
• You can search for train departure times as of the current date and time.
• Children are between 6 and 12 years old as of the date of boarding. Children over 6 years old must purchase a child ticket.
• Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but must present proof of age when exchanging tickets.
• If there are more than 1 infant accompanied by a guardian or if a seat is required, a child ticket must be purchased.
• Reservations can be made for up to 12 people, including adults and children.
• If you wish to use the round trip, please purchase two one-way tickets.
• This product can be used freely within the validity period.

• Due to the airport railroad system improvement work, seat reservations for trains departing after December 27, 2024 (Friday) will be temporarily suspended. (Re-announcement will be made when reservations resume.)
