• All tour services of Naru Tour are private tours that do not mix with other groups.
• We already provide the best itinerary, but you can add or change any desired schedule to the tour schedule.
• Tour only with one group without joining other groups. (Maximum 6 people per vehicle)
• Tours departing with airport pickup have a maximum of 5 participants.
• For groups of 6 or more, additional vehicles will be assigned according to the number of people.
• The minimum number of people to depart is 1.
• Car seats are not provided separately, but individuals can prepare and use them.
• Children under 4 years old can participate in the tour while holding their child.
• For children aged 5 to 12, a booster car seat is available upon request.
• All vehicles must be new and less than 3 years old, and will be assigned among the Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna.
• We recommend that you leave your valuables at the hotel.
• Unless there is a weather warning, the tour will proceed, and we are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to your own negligence at the stopover.
• All tours depart from Waikiki by default. For other areas, please inquire separately.
• Round trip transportation service
  Round-trip transportation costs $279 and includes check-in service.
  Other areas are priced separately based on distance.
• Tour duration is 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• To ensure smooth reservations, please make a reservation at least 3 weeks in advance.
• The tour is conducted on a boat or cage, and the cage can accommodate up to 8 people, making it perfect for small families.
• Depending on the boat, 1-2 cages are used per tour, and the cage tour is one time only.
• The cage is anchored in the cobalt blue sea and sails 3-4 miles offshore.
• The visibility is so good that you can actually see sharks coming up from the depths.
• The sharks seen range in size from 5 to 15 feet and are often just inches away from the cages and the people inside.
• During their migration, you can often spot dolphins, Hawaiian green sea turtles and majestic humpback whales (November to May).
• Galapagos sharks and sandbar sharks can be up to 4 meters long.
• Depending on the time of year, you may encounter tiger sharks, hammerhead sharks, kava kava tuna, mahi mahi, shearwaters, boobies and Hawaiian ewas (friarship birds).
• Humpback whales can be seen between December and May.
• Pregnant women can take it up to the 7th month of pregnancy.
• Swimming outside the cage is not allowed.
• The highest part of the cage is about two feet above the water.
• Snorkels and cold drinking water are provided. (You can bring your own snorkel.)
• You may bring your own filming equipment as long as it does not disturb others in the cage (we recommend bringing your own underwater camera).
• Disposable cameras and video options are also available for purchase.
• The sea water is warm enough (winter: 76-78F, 24~26C / summer: 79-81F, 26~27C), but if you think you will need a wetsuit, you can bring your own.
• The tour will proceed even if it rains.
• There is no motion sickness medication provided. It is helpful to take medication the night before boarding the boat and at least one hour before boarding.
• Please use the restroom before boarding.
• Please eat at least 1 hour before your tour to avoid experiencing motion sickness or nausea.
• The first tour starts at 7am, and from June to August at 6am. Additional tours run until 11am, with later tours available depending on availability.
• You can also choose to just take the boat tour without the cage tour.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be accepted or refunds may be issued.

If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~same day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
