Enjoy it even more!
The Abeno Harukas Observatory, Osaka's best observation deck, not only offers a panoramic view of the entire city of Osaka from a height of 300m, but it is also connected to a department store, making it a special tourist attraction where you can enjoy shopping during the day and the city view at night.

The best observatory in Osaka,
Harukas 300
Harukas 300, which offers a dazzling view of downtown Osaka, is a 300m high observatory, as its name suggests. During the day, it presents a refreshing beauty against the backdrop of the blue sky, and at night, it presents a breathtaking view of the sparkling cityscape. In particular, the observatory on the 60th floor has a 360-degree panoramic view, and the building’s walls are all made of glass, so you can enjoy the view even more vividly, so it’s a must-visit if you visit the observatory!
The great thing about Harukas 300 is that it is not just an observatory, but also has a variety of activities, including relaxation areas, cafes, restaurants, and even events.
Harukas Exhibition Guide
Jean-Michel Folon (1934-2005) created a uniquely delicate and dreamy atmosphere through watercolors. In particular, he created soft colors and natural expressions by using the water blur effect, and contained deep reflections on humans and the world.
This exhibition, which celebrates 20 years since Polon's death and the 25th anniversary of the Polon Foundation he founded during his lifetime, introduces his warm and profound charm through approximately 230 diverse works including paintings, sculptures, and posters.
