• Please indicate your desired tee-up time when making a reservation, and we will send you a voucher after checking available times.
• Reservations are made using the English name of the main reservation holder, and the English names of all users are required when making a reservation.
• Additional costs incurred for clubhouse meals, shade shelters, etc. must be paid directly at the golf course.
• If you make a reservation, we will notify you of availability as soon as possible and assign you the time closest to your desired tee-up time.
• If the reservable tee-up time is significantly different from the requested time, you can cancel free of charge if you wish.
• If you require private vehicle pick-up and drop-off, please make a separate request.
  (Rates vary depending on hotel location and vehicle type, so we provide separate information.)
  When applying for pick-up, please tell us the pick-up location (hotel name and phone number), and for low-cost hotels, please also provide the hotel phone number.
  In particular, for Airbnb accommodations, be sure to enter the accommodation address and host contact information.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

► Rainy weather regulations

At Handara Golf, in case of bad weather, the golf course decides to suspend play. Golfers who voluntarily stop playing a round of golf will not be eligible to receive a rain check voucher.

If Handara Golf decides to close the course due to inclement weather, the following applies:

• Only 18-hole players who have played less than 9 holes are eligible to receive a rain check voucher. (Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.)
• This rain check voucher will save you IDR 200,000 green fees in the next round.
• All golf fees paid are non-refundable.

100% refund available if canceled 3 days in advance (no cancellation fee)
50% refund available if canceled 2 days in advance
If canceled 1 day in advance - 100% cancellation fee applied

If you cancel after confirming your reservation - a cancellation fee of 10,000 won per person will be applied.
When changing a reservation after confirming the reservation - a change fee of 5,000 won per person will be applied.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
