• You may not be able to see dolphins depending on local conditions and weather conditions.
• This product is available for a minimum of 2 people. If additional recruitment is not possible on the desired date, it may be cancelled.
• Infants under 2 years of age must be selected at the time of reservation, and boarding may be refused if accompanied by an infant who is not informed in advance.
• The user is responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to customer negligence.
• In particular, guardians accompanying children and infants are requested to be careful when using the facility.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
