• The company has purchased local one-day travel insurance (accident vehicle) for travelers in accordance with Taiwan Tourism Law. Therefore, when making a reservation, please accurately enter the Korean name, English name as shown on the passport, date of birth, and passport number of all participants in the relevant fields.
• Please indicate your desired boarding point accurately when making a reservation.
• This product can be booked without worrying about not meeting the minimum number of participants, with a minimum of 1 person required.
• Please understand that the schedule is approximate and may be subject to change or cancellation depending on road and weather conditions.
• Refunds are not available in case of delays in meeting or failure to board the tour due to personal reasons on the day of the tour.
• Please wear a seat belt when riding in a vehicle, and be careful not to lose valuables.
• We cannot be held responsible for any accidents or disadvantages that occur during the tour due to personal negligence.
• If you are unable to participate in the tour due to flight cancellation or other reasons, you can receive a full refund or change your reservation by sending us documents that can verify your name.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

A 50% cancellation fee applies from 7 days to 2 days before the date of use.
70% cancellation fee incurred up to 1 day prior to use date

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
