• When making a reservation, you can choose your meal options according to your personal preference. They are divided into vegetarian, meat, no beef, and beef, so please choose according to your preference.
• Please arrive at Exit 3 of City Hall MRT Station 15 minutes before the restaurant bus departure. The bus will depart on time.
• You must complete the check-in procedure with the restaurant bus staff at least 10 minutes before departure.
• Please present your voucher, name, and phone number when dining.
• As seating on the bus is limited, please make sure to purchase tickets for infants and children regardless of age.
• There are no restrooms on the bus. We recommend that you use the restroom before boarding.

• Alcoholic beverages are served on the bus but are not included in the meal. Additional charges apply and you must also present your ID.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

Cancellation and refunds are not possible from 3 days before the date of use to the day of use

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
