• This product can be reserved and used on the same day.
• The validity period for both JR Haruka Vouchers and Gift Certificate Vouchers is 90 days from the date of purchase.
• After exchanging the Kyoto Station Building Gift Certificate Voucher for a physical gift certificate, it can be used until the expiration date written on the gift certificate.
• If the ticket is unused (unexchanged) within the validity period, it can be cancelled free of charge. However, partial cancellation is not possible if even one facility has been used.
• This product is only available to foreigners visiting Japan with a short-term stay visa. (Not available for students, working visas, etc.)
• Please issue a ticket for this product using the white ticket machine next to the ticket gate.
• If you lose your ticket, it will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place.
• After exchanging for a ticket, if the train you are planning to ride is canceled, please use another Haruka unreserved seat or Kansai Rapid. If you are not using JR, you can get a refund by presenting the ticket at the Midori-no-Madoguchi at Kansai Airport Station. (After exchanging, refunds through travel agencies are not possible.)
• If you exchange your ticket for a ticket and start riding the Haruka, but the train is canceled midway, your ticket will not be refunded.
• Gift certificates must be exchanged for actual certificates before use, and must be presented when paying at the store.
• Please inquire with the store before use as some stores and products may not be available.
• Gift certificates cannot be used beyond the stated expiration date.
• Gift certificate change is non-refundable.
• Regarding gift certificates, please refer to the “ Kyoto Station Building Gift Certificate Terms of Use .”
• Gift certificates can be used for payment together with cash, but may not be used in conjunction with various privileges such as credit cards. Please inquire with the store in advance when using them.
• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Please note that refunds are not available in cases where use is not possible due to renewal, termination of service, etc.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
