BESTIt was nice that the young guides energetically introduced Hanoi, rather than the typical tour feeling. Since it was a sunset tour, my mom and I were a little tired, but since we went around the jeep while listening to the explanation, it was a recharged and informative time. Everyone was so energetic that we couldn't help but feel energized, and they found the photo spots exactly and took more pictures. We also ate dinner at a restaurant & pub run by the travel agency instead of the tour restaurant, and it was homemade and clean and delicious. The schedule in Hanoi was short, so I almost regretted it, but it was a fulfilling and enjoyable time. RecommendedRecommended

What to Remember
- All food and drinks are included in the tour package, and vegan and vegetarian options are available.
- If you want to see the trains passing by on Hanoi Train Street, we recommend taking the Afternoon or Sunset Tour option.
- The tour will not be cancelled in case of rain, and we will provide a vehicle tent & poncho (raincoat) in case of rain.
- The tourist attractions visited during the tour are not entered and are passed by. Time is provided to take photos along the way.
- Children under 2 years old are free.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
