Hours of operation:

What to Remember
- This product only runs 4 times a day.
- For safety reasons, flights will be canceled in case of strong winds or rain.
- The flight time is 30 minutes, and if you would like to extend the flight, please inquire separately.
- Personal video equipment such as cell phones, GoPros, cameras, etc. are not allowed on board.
- Additionally, you can choose to purchase photos, videos, and merchandise (pilot hats, t-shirts).
- Pilot suit, goggles and helmet are provided as standard.
- Those weighing over 100kg cannot use the service.
- Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to use the facility.
- All tour services of Naru Tour are private tours that do not mix with other groups.
- We already provide the best itinerary, but you can add or change any desired schedule to the tour schedule.
- Tour only with one group without joining other groups. (Maximum 6 people per vehicle)
- Tours departing with airport pickup have a maximum of 5 participants.
- For groups of 6 or more, additional vehicles will be assigned according to the number of people.
- Minimum departure number is 1 person.
- Car seats are not provided separately, but individuals can prepare and use them.
- For children aged 5 to 12, a booster car seat is available upon request.
- All vehicles must be new and less than 3 years old, and will be assigned among the Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna.
- We recommend that you leave your valuables at the hotel.
- All tours depart from Waikiki by default. For other areas, please inquire separately.
- Round trip transportation service
Round-trip transportation costs $279 and includes check-in service.
Other areas are priced separately based on distance. - When requesting transportation service, please write down the hotel you are staying at.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be accepted or refunds may be issued.
- What to bring: Long-sleeved clothes or a windbreaker (it can get cold during the flight)
Cancellation and Refund
If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~same day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
