Sushi Roku, a Michelin 1-star sushi omakase restaurant located in Osaka’s Nishitenma, opened in 2006 and is recommended for those who want to try authentic Japanese sushi. The specialty of this place is to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. They put a lot of effort into purchasing not only seafood but also vegetables, salt, and sugar used in sushi, making this place stand out for its delicacy.
Sake that goes well with sushi is also airlifted from various places in Japan, including Hokkaido and Nagasaki, so please order it and enjoy it together.
