• The tour is available for ages 16 - 70. Please bring your ID, passport, or other form of identification to verify your age when participating in the tour.
• When booking a tour, please enter the correct names and dates of birth of all participants.
• Please note that this tour is a small group join tour with a maximum of 6 participants.
• To ensure a smooth tour, please indicate whether you have experience riding a Segway - if so, please indicate the location where you will ride (e.g. park, indoors, etc.) when making your reservation.
• Please note that the tour guide is a local Japanese person and the tour will be conducted in Japanese.
• If the guide determines that it will be difficult to proceed with the tour, participation in the tour may be restricted.
• For minor participants, parental consent is required.
• Please agree and cooperate with the safe tour and follow the guide's instructions.
• Please refrain from wearing shoes or clothing that are not suitable for Segways, such as high heels.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the tour.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
