What to Remember
- This is a one-way vehicle product.
- Please make sure to check the maximum number of passengers before purchasing. (4-seater vehicle: up to 3 people / 7-seater vehicle: up to 5 people / 16-seater vehicle: up to 13 people)
- A late night surcharge of VND100,000 per vehicle applies for departures between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Personal baggage is limited to one piece of luggage up to 24 inches and a small bag (backpack/handbag). If the baggage exceeds the size limit or additional baggage is carried, an additional fee of VND 75,000 will be charged.

– Amiana area: 4-7 seater vehicle (150,000 VND)
– L'Alya Resort/Monkey Island: 4-seater (300,000 VND), 7-seater vehicle (350,000 VND)
– Daklet: 4-seater vehicle (825,000 VND), 7-seater vehicle (880,000 VND) - Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use your ticket and no refund will be given.
- Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Additional charges (local payment, etc.) may apply on Vietnamese national/public holidays due to increased labor and vehicle costs.
Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 9:00 AM (local time) the day before the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
