• For join tours, reservations can be made for a minimum of 2 people, and the tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is less than 4.
• After your reservation is confirmed, the company will provide final instructions the day before your use.
• For join tours, the price is the same for all ages, so you must purchase the product according to the number of people.
• You must wear a life jacket when boarding the ferry or cruise ship, and please follow the guide's instructions.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• 50% refund if cancelled ~ 3 days prior to the designated date.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday ~ Friday 10:00 ~ 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
