• Children's experience and photo packages cannot be booked individually.
• Children's kimono/yukata experiences can only be reserved for children under 140cm tall. Please indicate gender and height in the request section when ordering.
• Yukatas are available for rental only in summer, while kimonos are available for rental in other seasons.
• The wearing time will vary depending on the plan, and will take approximately 40 to 50 minutes.
• The photo shoot package includes only the photo shoot and photo retouching services and does not include kimono rental.
• Men's hair styling is not included.
• Pregnant women cannot participate in the experience, and if the store refuses the experience after arrival, no refund will be given.
• For the photo shoot package, the photo shoot start time is scheduled to be approximately 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes after putting on the kimono.
• The return time is 5:30 PM on the day of rental. If you wish to return the vehicle the next day, please purchase a next-day return package.
• When reserving a children's package, please understand that a smooth experience may be difficult depending on the store's circumstances, and that refunds and service extensions may not be possible.
• Please understand that if the store is full or if there are store circumstances, the schedule may be changed or cancelled.
• If the customer is late for the photo shoot time when booking a photo shoot package, the photo shoot service may not be available depending on the photographer's schedule. Or, the photo shoot team may adjust or postpone the start time of the photo shoot. If the service cannot be provided, there may be no refund for the photo shoot.

• When ordering a photo package, all photo files taken on the same day will be provided via email. Please select the photos you would like to have retouched and let us know.
• The 30-minute package includes color correction only, while the 60-minute and 90-minute packages include retouching services.
• The shooting style is outdoor travel shooting. The cloud link will be sent to you by email within 7 business days after the shooting. The download period is within 16 days, and it will not be resent after the period is exceeded.

• 30-minute package: suitable for 1-2 people, includes 50+ original photos + 9 color-corrected photos of your choice
• 60-minute package: suitable for 1-3 people, includes 80+ original photos + 12 retouched photos of your choice
