• Children's menu options are available for reservations of a minimum of 2 people.
• The dress code is smart casual. No sleeveless tops, sweatshirts, pajamas, or slippers.
• Specific seat requests are not permitted.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be cancelled.
• To protect guests' privacy, photography is not permitted.
• Entry is only permitted during designated meal times.
• Children 11 years old and under can enjoy the children's menu.
• Tunnel tables are special seating and require a minimum payment of Rp 3 million per person upon request.
• The menu may change depending on the on-site situation.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
