• When making a reservation, please include the English name, date of birth, and passport number of all companions other than the person making the reservation. Please note that if you do not include these, it may be difficult to issue a ticket.
• Please bring the original valid ID card you provided when making your reservation (Hong Kong and Macau tourists' return card, Taiwan compatriot card for Taiwan tourists, and overseas tourists' passport) to pick up your ticket at the park information counter.
• You must have your ID, ticket, and documents verified to enter the park. (Chinese tourists do not need to exchange tickets and can enter the park directly with their ID.)
• When exchanging family tickets, you must present a valid original ID of the person who placed the order.
• The price of attraction admission tickets may vary depending on the period, so please check individually after ordering. There may be a difference, and the final price is based on the confirmation of the supplier.
• For the sake of safety, audiences entering the Changlong Theme Park and Circus Performance Hall must undergo a security check. Please open your bags in advance and cooperate with the security check. Ammunition, flammable items, explosive items, and other items prohibited by laws and regulations are not allowed to be brought into the performance hall.
• To ensure the safety of the animals in the park, outside food and drink is not allowed in Changlong Wildlife World, Changlong Bird Park, and Changlong Marine Kingdom, except for baby food and drinking water.
• Personal food may be brought into other theme parks (including Changlong Paradise, Changlong Water Park, etc.) and circus performance venues. However, food that requires heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or thermal insulation (such as instant noodles that require heating, and food with a self-heating function), food with a pungent odor (such as durian), and other food unsuitable for bringing into the park are not permitted.
• Some facilities have height and physical restrictions, so please check your health status in advance.
• In the event of inclement weather (lightning, rain, snow, hail, thick fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.) that makes it impossible to operate the equipment safely, some large-scale outdoor events may be suspended and performances may be temporarily or partially cancelled.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please adhere to the specified date. It is difficult to use outside of the specified date, and refunds are not possible.
