What to Remember
- Lockers are subject to availability. Rental fees start from RM30 for a medium locker and RM50 for a large locker.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased the ticket.
- Seniors aged 61 years and over must be accompanied by a paying adult and present a valid MyKad ID or passport to avail the senior rate.
- People with heart disease or pregnant women may have restrictions on riding some attractions.
- Outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the water park.
- The management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and receipts will not be reissued.
- Ticket holders agree to follow all posted rules and guidelines in the water park and all verbal instructions from staff. Any violation of these rules will result in cancellation of admission without refund.
- Any unauthorized resale of the pass, tickets, coupons or other related benefits may result in cancellation of this pass without refund.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to adhere to the designated date. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the facility and no refunds will be given.

Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made on the same day of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
