What to Remember
- This is a small group tour, with a minimum of 2 people required to make a reservation, and a maximum of 8 people per group.
- We cannot guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights during your tour. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled, and refunds are not possible for this reason.
- Children under 5 years of age and people with heart disease are not allowed to participate.
- The tour guide will carry a professional camera on the tour, and the photos will be sent to you by email free of charge. You will receive the photos approximately 1 day after completing the tour with the guide. If the tour is on Saturday, the images will be sent 2 days later, on Monday. The images will be available for viewing for 7 days only, and will be deleted after 7 days.
- This is a tour that may take place outdoors for a long time, so we recommend dressing warmly in layers.
- Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
