• Please bring your passport to redeem your ticket at Tung Chung Station.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over 15 years of age.
• Children under 2 years old can enter for free.
• Availability of hop-on and hop-off bus service is subject to the availability of vacant seats on the bus. The bus driver reserves the right to refuse boarding to guests holding bus tickets if vacant seats are unavailable.
• Ngong Ping 360 reserves the right to deviate from the designated bus route based on road and traffic conditions on the day of travel.
• Guests must allocate sufficient time for boarding the bus and the required travel time. Ngong Ping 360 bears no liability or responsibility if the actual bus travel and arrival time differ from the estimated time.
• While Ngong Ping 360 strives to operate its open-top double-decker buses, it reserves the right to operate other types of buses occasionally, especially in hot or inclement weather.
• Ngong Ping 360 Limited will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or refund resulting from bus breakdowns, traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond the control of the company.
• Ngong Ping 360 may, at its discretion, require any person to disembark from the service if their conduct is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, or if their behavior poses a risk to their own safety or the safety of other passengers. Ngong Ping 360 will not have any further liability in such cases. With the exception of guide dogs, no animals or pets are allowed on board the bus.
• Eating, drinking, smoking, and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited on the bus.
• Bus tickets are non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sold tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
