• Tour participation is not possible without a voucher and a physical passport of all reservation holders.
• Please prepare a swimsuit (pre-wear), beach towel, sunscreen, hat, extra clothes, and voucher.
• A child is 11 years of age or younger.
• Children 4 years old and under are free, but vehicle seats and rental items are not included.
• After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a voucher by email.
• After arriving at Hanauma Bay, you will be admitted in order, so there will be a waiting time of approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
• Hanauma Bay snorkeling takes about 6 hours.
• It will be operated with 7 seats.
• Join Hawaii only provides Hanauma Bay admission ticket purchase and transportation, and is not responsible for your free time within Hanauma Bay.
• Within Hanauma Bay, you must follow Hanauma Bay's own rules, and we are not responsible for any safety accidents resulting from violations or negligence.
• Please print out or capture the voucher and bring it with you when checking in. (You must bring a printed copy of the voucher, not your travel confirmation.)
• Vouchers can be reissued up to 7 days before the tour date, so please check your email in advance.
• The exact time/location will vary depending on the hotel you are staying at, so please check the voucher (PDF file) that will be sent to you by email after your reservation is confirmed.
• To protect the environment, only Non-Nano, Mineral, Reef Safe types of sunscreens can be used.
• You can only shower with water at the simple shower facilities installed on the beach. (Soap, shampoo, etc. cannot be used.)
• The tour will be conducted in a 7-seater vehicle, but may change depending on circumstances on the day.
• If there is a difference between the information provided at the time of reservation and the actual progress information, progress cannot be made.
• Prices may vary due to local taxes, entrance fees, etc.
• If you do not encounter marine animals in their natural habitat, no refunds or compensation will be made.
• Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, 12/25, and 01/01.
• Participation is restricted for those with underlying diseases such as heart disease or back disease.
• Additional people cannot be added locally.
• The schedule may change without notice due to local circumstances.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.

If you notify us 7 days before the date of use after confirmation: 100% of the travel fee will be refunded
6 days before the date of use - on the day of use: No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
