• Match date schedule and kick-off time are subject to change. If there are any changes to the date or kick-off time after the match date is confirmed, an email will be sent to the person who made the reservation.
• Even if the match date changes due to the league schedule, the reservation will not change. The exact date and time will be written on the ticket and sent out. Please purchase carefully as refunds are not possible if you wish to cancel due to a match date change according to the club's regulations.
• However, refunds are possible if a Friday-Sunday game is changed to Tuesday-Thursday or a Tuesday-Thursday game is changed to Friday-Monday.
• Entry is not permitted if you are wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise.
• After making a reservation, a reservation confirmation voucher will be sent within 5 minutes, and an E-Ticket will be sent to the reservation holder's email 1 to 3 days before the match start date.
• We recommend that you print out your E-Ticket and bring it with you just in case.
• Opening hours for each seat category are listed on the ticket description and E-Ticket.
• If the weekend match date is changed from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, no refunds will be given.
• Small bags up to A4 size are allowed. Bags will be inspected upon entering the stadium, so please check the permitted contents on your E-Ticket.
• Please arrive at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before the game starts.
• Please use the service according to the detailed regulations and information listed on the E-Ticket.
• This rate is per person.
• When purchasing for 2 or more people, we will try to assign seats that are as close together as possible, but this may not be possible depending on the on-site situation.
• Fares may vary depending on ticket demand, purchase date, exchange rate, etc.
• Separate seat reservations are not possible, and seats will be randomly assigned within the section of the selected option.
• Confirmed seat availability can only be confirmed upon ticket pickup.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation e-ticket. This product cannot be changed or cancelled after ticket reservation.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
