The Japanese school experience involves changing into the school uniform, which is the symbol of Japanese schools, as soon as you arrive at the school, and becoming a student of the school for just one day, and becoming a good student who listens well to your homeroom teacher! After that, you will have time to directly experience and learn about Japanese culture through calligraphy, social studies, physical education classes, etc. You will discover a completely different charm from traveling to famous tourist destinations.
After you finish cleaning the classroom like a real student, you'll have a graduation ceremony, so receive your diploma and complete your perfect school life!

The purpose of sports day in Japanese schools is to improve physical strength, but it is also said to improve a sense of responsibility and solidarity. Daily Schedule Guide
- 8:30 AM: Take the shuttle bus from Shinjuku (if using the shuttle bus)
- 10:30 a.m.: Arrive at school or gather
- 11:00 AM: Morning Roll Call
- 11:45 AM: Japanese class (calligraphy)
- 12:40 p.m.: Lunch time
- 1:30pm: Social Studies (Cosplay)
- 2:50 PM: Physical Education Class (Sports Day)
- 3:10 p.m.: Cleaning time
- 3:40 p.m.: Graduation Ceremony
- 4:30 p.m.: Japanese Traditional Festival
- 6pm: Take the school shuttle bus
- 8:00 PM: Arrive in Shinjuku
Shuttle Bus & Camping Options
The Japanese school life experience is held in Chiba Prefecture, near Tokyo, so you can come directly or take a shuttle bus from Tokyo Shinjuku Station. The shuttle bus can be added as a free option, so you can start comfortably without worrying about complicated transportation by taking the shuttle bus! Of course, it will also be operated to Shinjuku Station after the experience.
There is also a camping option for an even more special experience. I highly recommend taking advantage of this special opportunity to spend a night at the school.

What to Remember
- The shuttle bus departs promptly at 8:30 AM. If you are late, it will be considered a same-day cancellation.
- If you are meeting in person at the school, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and change into your school uniform. If you arrive late, you will be asked to join the program in the middle.
- Please note that media coverage and filming may take place during the experience. If you do not wish to be filmed, please notify us in advance.
- The schedule is approximate and may change depending on the number of participants.
- If you decide not to proceed due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon, earthquake, or heavy snowfall, no cancellation fee will be charged. In this case, we will contact each reservation holder individually.

Cancellation and Refund
50% for cancellation 3 days before use
100% of the cost will be charged as a cancellation fee on the day of use and for no-shows.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
