  • When checking in on the day of the tour, please pay the Tokashikison Environmental Cooperation Tax of ¥100 (for high school students and above) on-site.
  • Whales are wild animals and there is no guarantee that you will see them. If you do not see them on the same day, there will be no refund or re-boarding.
  • If the minimum number of participants (10 adults or more) is not met, the tour may be cancelled the day before.
  • Due to bad weather or sea conditions, landing on Tokashiki Island may not be possible or the landing point may be changed for safety reasons.
  • People with circulatory system, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day cannot participate. In addition, there are cases where you cannot participate depending on your health condition on the day.
  • If only minors are participating in the tour, a consent form signed by a guardian is required.
  • The venue may be changed or the tour may be cancelled due to bad weather or sea conditions.
  • Please make sure to read the reservation notes carefully before making a reservation.

20% from 10 days to 8 days before the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee applies 1 day before the tour date, and 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
