- Adult tickets are for ages 12+.
- Children tickets are for ages 3-11.
- Children 2 and under are free provided they sit on their parent’s lap.
- Refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Photography, videography, recording equipment, and the use of laser pointers are prohibited during the performance.
- Visitors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.
- No shopping bags, luggage or backpacks are allowed into the theater, except for small bags or purses (maximum 9 inches x 5 inches x 2 inches).
- When making a reservation, please provide the English name as shown on your passport.
- Seats are randomly assigned from among the available seats within the option class you have selected.
- You cannot reserve a specific seat; you must sit in the seat indicated on your voucher.
